This application offers techniques and exercises for the purpose of inducing sleep; however, not all of the exercise sequence is available during the trial. Sleep Well for Desktop PC's basic interface is only composed of a few guidelines on how to achieve a good sleep and a button marked Sleep, which launches your media player and plays audio of relaxation procedures. A soothing male voice directs you in breathing techniques and a series of exercises in this audio file, which runs for more than eight minutes during the trial. We would have liked for images to be included to make sure we're following along properly. Also, if you're seeking interactivity, this click-once-and-run program may not meet your needs. Though the trial version offers only half of the promised 15-minute audio exercises, those with sleep problems will find the trial sufficient to determine if this will work for them.Publisher's description
