This program houses 22 yoga postures you can learn and perform in your office. Sitting Yoga for PC is an HTML file that works with your browser. It presents different stretching exercises for your wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, body, legs, and arms. The video demonstrations are a big help and you'll find other helpful information, such as duration and breathing techniques for each exercise. Featured exercises are easy-to-follow and can be done while sitting or standing. The inclusion of a scheduler to create break reminders would have nicely rounded out this app, but Sitting Yoga's guided exercises can help any user prevent PC-related stress injuries.
