From Virtual Mechanics :SiteSpinner is an easy-to-use yet powerful drag-and-drop editor for quickly creating sophisticated Web sites without the need to know HTML. Use one of the included Templates to help get you started, or begin with your own design. The program also includes built-in graphics features to allow you to create and edit images and graphics right in the work-window. Layout features include a snap-to grid, snap-to tabs, and pixel-precise positioning of your text and images.
Powerful WYSIWYG functionality means that everything can be easily moved with your mouse to wherever you want it on the page. Advanced features include mouse-over effects, one-click centered Web pages, relative positioning and sizing, iframes, and a built-in FTP Publisher for uploading directly to your Web site host.
