couldn't even try it because it could not be installed. It downloaded something but whatever it was it wasn't the program.
could not be installed!
It's free and it works well. Easy to install, just unzip it to a folder.
You can edit all MP3 files in a folder or just individual songs.
It supports both version 1 and version 2 of MP3 ID3 tags
no help or documentation but it's fairly easy to figure out how to use it.
It would be nice to be able to synchronize V1 and V2, update them both together.
There isn't much not to like about this. It's a simple little utility. It does what it's supposed to quick and easy. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to pick which items to update for all songs (ie artist, album name) and which to update individually (song title). Thats about as complicated as this gets. I will definitely use it a lot.
Thank you for your word.
Regrettably program anymore is supported.
There is here programmers who have continued this project?

Very simple, allows me to edit a full folder of ID3 tags without having to import into iTunes. Great tool.
A little uncertain on the functionality, but easily figured out in a few minutes. Just need a little more polish on the UI, but that's just dressing. Great tool.
I just wanted an id3 tag editor for multiple tag REMOVING as simple as possible.
Both id3v1 and id3v2. Because I don't like id3 in my mp3s! There's everything
in the filename, example: 01 - Artist - Title.mp3 This is enough 4Me! = )
Now I found the best. It is only do its thing - simply and fast! No install procedure.
The design is clear. There are all what is important, and nothing more.
Very easy to use, instructions are not necessary, has everything, and its so small. I've been using it now for the past 2 years, there are other tag editors out there, but why would you want them.
The readme file is in some format I couldn't read in notepad (neither ASCII, Unicode, nor UTF-8). So I have no idea what it said. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to find files, and it didn't open any data from the files. It only seemed to want to let me define the tags from scratch, and after seeming to save the tags to the file, the changes never made it into the file. Crummy.
i've tried several of the freebie tag editors, and like this one best -- it has copy facilities between ID3v1 and ID3v2, and between one file and the next -- there is an option to auto-number tracks -- it starts in the folder last used
very basic installation (create your own shortcut in your Start menu) - no bulk editing -- instructions are in Russian (but a few minutes trial and error is sufficient to learn how to use it) -- probably no longer supported
I doesn't work - I can't figure out how to open the files...then the "?" help button crashes the program - no "exit" button. So don't press help.
Waste of time to download
It is a small program which rocks, and it does have v1 and v2 editing ability, which is also good.
No help files that i can see, hard to figure out, not enough options, but i guess thats why its simple.
