From Charlie Wartnaby :SimChemistry for Windows uses live onscreen simulation to show how the microscopic behavior of molecules gives rise to macroscopic phenomena in physical chemistry and physics. A collection of ready-made interactive demo simulations are provided that explore the states of matter, Brownian motion, mixtures, and thermodynamics; however, you are free to set up all kinds of simulation systems of your own and see how they behave. Version 2.0 allows molecules to undergo chemical reactions, and all screen resolution settings are supported.
