Publisher's description
From Xenos Software :Reduce downtime and be the first to know when a server or network device fails by using Server Nanny network and server monitoring software. The last time you had a network or server failure how long was it before the problem was discovered? Minutes? Hours? Maybe even days? Don't wait for employees or customers to report the problem. By then who knows how many people were affected? Are you tired of wasting your time rebooting servers? Restarting services? Server Nanny can perform these, and many more actions for you when a failure is detected. Automatically. Never again will you have to interrupt other important tasks--or come in on your day off just to do a simple fix. Server Nanny is very powerful and also easy to set up and use. Within minutes you can be monitoring your important systems for problems. Experience the peace of mind knowing that your systems are in good hands. You might even earn the title "IT Hero" with your response time.
Version 4.0 adds support for Linux server monitoring.

Version: Server Nanny Network Monitor 4.0
"NO Support, No Customer Service, No Sales Help!"
Pros: The name.
Cons: The software gave a lot of false positive or false warnings. It said services or processes were not runnnig when they were. When I asked for help via email and an online form, I learned what this company was made of.
This was my last email to them before uninstalling their software. Since November 8th I have put in 3 support requests - 2 via email and one via an online form. I have also put in a sales request by leaving a voicemail. All requests have gone unanswered. (Another day has passed and again no response. 11 days and counting.) They have my email and cell phone number.
