From RhinoSoft :Serv-U is a powerful, flexible, and easy-to-set-up FTP server for all Windows platforms. Security features include passwords and read/write/modify rights per directory or file for each user, and IP address access control. Other features include support for multiple, simultaneous users, upload/download ratios, disk-quota limitations, network bandwidth limiting, and support for resuming file uploads and downloads.
The latest release of Serv-U boasts a wealth of new features and functionalities, including directory and file rights restriction, real-time user action monitor, user command logs, and extensive customization of security features. Version 3.1 also includes a menu item for finding lost registration IDs online, an installer code to replace IMAGEHLP.DLL when the old DLL has no version info, and a caching feature for domain settings.
