Create distribution list and send personalized bulk e-mail to recipients by pulling out them from selected Microsoft Outlook folders, e-mails, contacts, meetings, or tasks in one click. Plug-in integrated in Microsoft Outlook actions menu, shortcut menu, info toolbar, and right-click item menu. Add recipients to distribution list that already exists. Add recipients to new e-mail 'to', 'CC', or 'BCC' field in one click. Timesaving tool for routine tasks. Version 1.10 come with new feature for personalizing group e-mails: it allows you to insert the appropriate contact details - Full Name, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Initials, Nickname and Company - for each recipient of a group message. Version 1.20.0451: new feature - include 'Cc'/'Bcc' field values for send2 e-mail operations (selected by default) When these options selected, Cc (Bcc) value added to the Send2 e-mail (â Outbox, Sent Items, Drafts). Toolbar appearance mode switch option. Switch between a separate send2 toolbar in an e-mail message or the one integrated into the standard e-mail toolbar. Problems with the new distribution list creation are fixed.
