From Selteco :Create Flash animations for your Web site, using more than 130 animation effects like Fade, Zoom, or Rotate. Animate images, shapes or texts, and add MP3 or WAV sound to your Flash movie. Define buttons and OnClick or OnOver actions. Import existing SWF clips. Export animations in SWF format and generate HTML code necessary to integrate Flash movie with your Web page. Flash Designer works with all HTML editors including Microsoft FrontPage, Macromedia Dreamweaver or GlobalScape CuteSite. Save space with object cloning and image optimization. Use ActionScript, create roll-over buttons, transparent Flash movies, tween animations, HTML formatted text, multi-threaded sprites, gradient and tiled bitmap fills. Novice users can use intro animation wizard and slide show wizard.

"embeds advert in the flash image"
Pros: Good flash wizard, very user friendly. Can create very smart images with it. Good for maybe a personal or other casual website.
Cons: Rendered useless for me by the fact that it has a 'Created with Trial Version of Selteco Flash Designer' text block embedded into the top of your image. So if you really want to get any use out of the program you have to pay the full $39.

"Create easy and powerful flash presentations quickly."
Pros: Has most things that i wanted to make a flash file. It hasn't made things too complex and has a good support service.
Cons: Misses a few things and action scripts are different to most other applications and it harder to cope.
