Secura Backup is professional backup software that specializes in 128 bit secure backups to local drives, network paths, FTP sites, CD/DVD's, and even e-mail addresses. Using Blowfish encryption with a 128 bit key Secura Backup achieves the same level of security that banks use for their online services and is even suitable for military operations. Secure backups are a requirement in any profession that involves sensitive or classified data. The incremental backups feature will prevent files that haven't been modified from being backed up every time you perform a backup. This saves time and bandwidth. Secura Backup fully supports unicode characters which makes it possible to backup files that include characters from Japanese, Chinese, and Arabic.
What's new in this version: Version 3.06 has included a Shadow Copy feature which allows you to backup your files even if you are using them with another program.

"No way to contact customer service"
Version: Secura Backup Home Edition 2.13
Cons
Website customer service page doesn't work, no phone numbers and no email addresses are available. Return policy is useless because you cannot contact them.
