"Very simple excellent screen recorder with a lack in more options, grab it :)"
Pros: This is an excellent software to use if you want to record the screen, it consumes very little RAM, loads easily, infact installing and uninstalling is very handy and quick. One can never loose this type of freewae with such a great functionality. Very user friendly interface. Small in size.
Cons: It lacks more options to customize your recorded video, and it saves as an exe file instead it should have given an option to save in other formats. The file size is also large, so be careful.

Pros: Very simple to use. Good for self-pace learning students; also for help-desking.
Cons: 1) it saves as an executable. FLV format could be better.

Pros: Scree2exe is pretty easy and intuitive to use. It creates self playing files of optimum size. The sound quality is also pretty good!

"Like this program, but need more export options"
Pros: Simple design, good idea. But ....
Cons: exe is not a good format for emailing or sending to people. If you're trying to send an instructional screencast to a n00b they are not going to know how to unzip the file and will probably get worried about all the spyware warnings an .exe is going to cause
