Version: ScanDBX for Outlook Express 2.10
"Completely Restored my email - I HIGHLY recommend it"
Pros: I would not consider myself computer literate at all. So, when I was having trouble with my Outlook Express, I had no clue how to fix it. ScanDBX ran automatically without requiring me to do a thing and it fully restored my Outlook Express. Plus, it comes with an error look-up tool which I found incredibly useful for decoding the strange error messages that pop up. I would highly recommend this product.

Version: ScanDBX for Outlook Express 2.10
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Email support only....good luck! 4-15 day turn-around is not adequate. Software was basicly useless.
When software is non-refundable, there is a good reason for it.
Software provided minimal function beyond what is available from windows and other free utilities.
