Version: ScanDBX for Outlook Express 2.08
"If you have problems, you're screwed. I have the email threads to prove it."
Pros: If it works for a simple back up, good for you. It was a comeplete failure for me. They claim 24 to 48 email support turn around. More like 5 to 7 days. It took me three months with these guys to realize I was screwed.
Cons: I needed to replace my Laptop hard drive. As a heavy email user, I must keep careful records of old mail. I backed up to an external hard drive, but it would not restore. I would get email responses from support after several days, but none would solve the problem. I am a heavy email user and this product, this company, failed me. They were never able to resolve my problem. I lost two years of important emails.
