The Save Mailing List add-in is designed to export contacts and user groups from Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP address book into a mailing list. Save Mailing List is not a standalone application, so, to launch it, use the File menu in Microsoft Outlook as shown on the screenshort. The menu item "Save As Mailing List..." is only displayed when the current folder is Contacts. To save a list, highlight the desired contacts and groups in the Contacts folder (to select several items, press and hold CTRL) and then choose the "Save As Mailing List..." item in the "File" menu and enter the output file name. If no contacts or groups are selected, the menu item is inactive.

What's new in this version:

Ability to save a mailing list from any opened Outlook windows has been added.
