It isn't one of the worst PC activity monitoring programs, but it isn't close to being one of the best.
Sanmaxi Keylogger's interface consists of a viewing pane for the text and screenshot logs, a toolbar, and File menu. At first use, you'll be asked to enter a password. The toolbar icons have tooltips, which is a good thing because it means you might not have to access the Help file. While it does provide some information, it's clear that English isn't the first language of the writer. The application covers three main areas: text, screenshots, and audio. The latter isn't available in the demo version. The first covers keystrokes and applications accessed. It's fairly accurate, but it doesn't render the text exactly. The screenshots are adequate and you can choose the intervals they're taken. There is a stealth mode, which removed the program from Add/Remove programs and the Start menu. A desktop icon remains that pulls up the password dialog.
Sanmaxi works pretty well, but that just isn't enough in a category that's filled with options. If you need to monitor PC activity, we suggest you give a few other programs a try before shelling out any money.

Pros
It doesn't take up much room on your hard drive and it is easy to remove from it
Cons
It is a waste of $45, it crashes very easily, the audio function doesn't work and I have yet to get it to send anything to my smtp server
Summary
Bottom line, I would not give this things a second look. I will however discourage this product strongly. I wasted the money on it and man do I regret using this thing if I could go back in time I will slap myself for even considering it. Yeah it records some crap but while I was just searching the web with the program running it decided to crash on me. It's inconvenient to the point where, if someone is using it and you may have them to the point where they don't know it's on there they'll realize it eventually because something will screw up.. srsly find something else to use there are better ones out there.
