From SWiSHzone.com :Swish is designed to be more than a text-effects tool; it is an affordable and easy-to-learn Flash-authoring tool. It applies effects to images imported as GIFs, JPEGs, and PNGs. You can also play background soundtracks or play sounds in response to mouse clicks with imported WAV and MP3 files. Vortex, blur, and 3D spin are three new effects that have been added, as well as sound and image preloaders. An additional adjustment for kerning and leading on text objects will allow for improved object positioning and alignment.
This program costs $30 and the unregistered version will scramble text when exporting SWF files.
