From the developer: "SWiSH allows you to make Macromedia Flash animations without buying Flash! This first version of SWiSH is geared towards making text effects, but later versions will support images, audio, buttons and vector artwork. SWiSH is great for both Flash users and non-Flash users alike. Flash users can use SWiSH to create text effects in seconds that would take hours to make in Flash, and import the results into a larger Flash movie. Non Flash will find SWiSH easy-to-learn and great for making attention grabbing banners."

Note: This program costs $30 and the unregistered version will scramble text when exporting SWF.
