"If you need a spam tool this one is good, and good features for free"
Pros: Easy to use and pretty effective. After using it for a couple of weeks it was very good at finding spam and not misidentifying email as spam.
Cons: Occasionally it just wouldn't start up, a restart of Outlook would fix it though.

"This Can/ Will Spam Your Address Book! BEWARE!"
Pros: What I like most is that I did not respond to my neighbor's email recommending this software.
Cons: I received an email from a neighbor recommending this software. I responded to the email, and my neighbor emailed back that he was glad that I was not mad at him for sending me an email recommending this software, that this message recommending SPAMfighter was sent to his entire address book! He was mad and embarrassed. Reading a post above about how spam increased, I wonder if this outfit is related to Spammers. I doubt that my neighbor downloaded it from Download.com, as they check this stuff out, but that tells you a bit about the company that makes the software.

Pros: It seems to work well.
Cons: I would give this a lower rating if I could.
Customer Service is non-existent. This is a problem because I bought this software and then, a month later, bought a new computer. I have been unable to transfer the license, because someone already used it (me.) I have sent 5 emails to service@spamfighter.com apparently into a black hole. They sure did want my feedback when I removed the software, however.
