"Very poor customer service and after-sale support"

SMSCaster is one serious case of poor customer service. I recently asked the publisher for a new activation key as I needed to move the software to another computer. My request was flat-out denied, with a suggestion that I should place a new order if I needed it. It is noteworthy that the license version I had bought was the "perpetual" one, a concept the publisher clearly neither understands not honors. Granted I have moved the installations in the past, but this is what happens with a "perpetual" license. Machines change and are replaced, and since the publisher holds a tight grip on activation, his/her occasional support to activate a new installation is inevitable. Another major weakness of SMSCaster is that it supports neither iPhones nor Blackberry phones. Based On my experience and the bad customer service I can attest to, I do not recommend SMSCaster.

If you have enemies, this would be a useful tool. Like if someone killed your dog, and you want revenge, this product would be beneficial. Or, if someone took your child's ice cream cone and replaced it with a cone of human waste, then this would be a good tool to ruin the culprit's life via a text-spam-nightmare to their cell phone at 3am every morning.
Cons
The main con is the fact that this spam machine exists.
Summary
If you want to ensure that your business will go bankrupt, then by all means, use this product because if you start spamming people, you can be certain that they will NEVER, EVER patronize your business. Anyone who uses this product should be imprisoned for life with hard-core criminals.

I bought this program to advertise my business because I was sooooo tired of making money. I mean, really, people were coming in everyday and calling me from morning to late afternoon. What did they all want? They all wanted me to get to work so they could pay me!!! How ridiculous! I don't want this money, why are they always trying to give it to me? And I DEFINITELY don't want to have to work.
So I did a little research on the googles and found out that this SMSCaster thing was making so many people angry that I knew for sure that it would help me out with my problem.
I spent some of this stupid money on it and started sending spam texts to all of my customers. After a while, I was seeing no more familiar faces or phone numbers and all of our client's accounts were inactive. I was still having an issue though because new customers kept showing up and calling me.
So, I turned to the trusty internets again and found that I could drive away ALL business if I bought enough mailing lists. So, I went off to a few unscrupulous businesses who were willing to violate their privacy policy for cold, hard cash and got the ball rolling again!
Before I knew it, I had so much free time that I could take up panhandling (my true dream job) full time! I'm so glad that I was able to anonymously drive away my entire customer base using this product. Now if one of the recipients of my annoying spam messages sees me begging on the street, they won't recognize me and will definitely give me a dime or two!

Nothing good about it. The SMSCaster company has texted me several times although I have no interest or use for this software. I do not text very often on this line and have to pay a surcharge whenever I receive a text message.
Cons
I politely phoned and left a message on their line asking them to remove my number from their database, yet I continue to receive and have to pay for their spam.
Summary
The software must be defective because it apparently does not allow users to remove numbers from the database. However the possibility exists the the software allows removal but the SMSCaster company is composed of people who are rude and revolting spammers
