This application does a great job of comparing files to a listed checksum number to insure the files aren't corrupt, but the interface test can be difficult to see.
SFV Checker's spreadsheet-style interface presents the facts with a minimum of wasted space. Some testers wished for an option to enlarge the type size. The application performs flawlessly. Simple File Verification (SFV) files are added to many downloads to ensure you get what you expected. SFV Checker quickly compares the expected file checksums to your files. You get a warning if there is a problem.
If you are sending a group of files, this application can quickly generate an SFV list for your recipient. An added bonus is SFV Checker's search function. You can download many groups of files with multiple SFV files, and this utility can find and compare all SFV files.
The demo is a mere 15-day trial, but intermediate to advanced users who download many files will find SFV Checker useful, accurate, and quick.

Version: SFV Checker 1.2
Pros: Small and light, fast. Useful program to check checksum after downloading files, and to create your own.
Cons: Not very intuitive, not for novice.
Summary: I use this SFV Checker since a few years, and it's doing the job.

Cons: its slow and does a bad job especially if the file its checking is large!
Summary: the bottom line is it sucks and go get quick sfv checker if you dont want to waste your time checking sfv cause this software is just SLOW!!!
