This tiny program launches other applications with no more ease or convenience than you'll find using the standard methods of Windows. Runner is a stand-alone program that, when executed, simply shows a browse dialog box to choose an executable file to open. Useless and disappointing, this tool offers no hot keys, multiple file executions, scheduled launches, or even one-click access like in other easy launcher tools. Why anyone would want to install a program that uses the same premise as what you currently have with Windows Explorer is beyond us. Don't even bother downloading this free application; it's just a waste of time and memory.

Execute everything, from programs, to text files, to multimedia, in fact everything that has a registered extension, directly from your desktop. It will open a custom windows Open Dialog, from where you can browse and chose the file to run, and then closes itself. Has a somewhat limited filter possibility, that can easily be extend with more file types, if you want.
