Rosoft Lame Encoder is the standalone edition of the encoder found in Rosoft Audio Tools. You can encode MP3s using fast speed, normal speed, or high quality; set the bit rate up to 320kbps; and choose to use VBR or non-VBR.
This update includes a new tool bar.
Note: The program requires the file lame_end.dll (http://www.RosoftEngineering.com/cgi/lame_enc.cgi) installed in your Windows folder.
