From Rosoft Engineering :

Rosoft CD Extractor is a program you can use to create WAV and MP3 files. It uses a Windows codec for WAV files and bladeenc.dll for MP3 compression or external MP3 console programs such as x3enc.exe or plugger.exe. With Rosoft CD Extractor you can transcribe music using time stretch. Just insert your CD in your CD-ROM/DVD player and play it at half speed. No recording or storing of the track is needed. This version has added a few items to the menu Edit and the tacklists' pop-up menu.

Note: The free version contains adware (Web3000) and the registered version does not. MP3 functions are available only if the program can locate the DLL file, bladeenc.dll. This file can be downloaded here.
