RoboForm is an application that can assist you in speeding up your Internet experience by bookmarking sites and entering previously saved passwords.
As soon as you install RoboForm a toolbar will be added to your Web browser. The design is very sleek and it blends very well so that you hardly notice the addition. If you're always worried about forgetting the passwords for your favorite Web sites, this can be very helpful. It's relatively easy to figure out how to use most of the features, but there are also tutorial videos on the publisher's site (which will pop up after you install RoboForm). These are very helpful and show the steps clearly.
You will be able to save passwords, bookmark Web site addresses, and generate new passwords. RoboForm even does the job of logging in for you once you've set up all of the information needed. Our favorite feature is the Password Generator, since it makes it easier to regularly change passwords to keep your accounts safe. All of this data can either be saved on just your computer or both on your computer and online through syncing. You can set this up in the beginning or change it later.
You shouldn't encounter any problems during the download and installation process. You are required to close certain programs in order for it to continue installing correctly, so make sure you save any work before installing. We recommend this handy browser add-on for any user who spends a lot of time surfing the Web.

Since Roboform hooks up with Roboform Everywhere, it's indispensable to me as I also have to laptops.
Cons
I have no cons. It's just a learning curve.
Summary
I used to keep my passwords elsewhere and it was quickly becoming a monster to manage. This is a mega-timesaver for me.

Summary
I've been using Roboform for a DECADE. Started with their free version, and I liked it so much that I paid money for their "Pro" version in December 2002. Are you old enough to remember Gator? That's what I used before Roboform, and I was thrilled to find a superior product without Gator's spyware and ad pop-ups. I can understand a need for them to change their business model for NEW customers, but it's a huge disappointment that they didn't think that keeping their word with their prior customers was a worthwhile thing to do.
And it's not as if they never made another dime off of old customers; I bought more licenses of Roboform for putting it onto more computers -- and I'm sure that I'm not the only person that ever did that.

Not found any improvements yet - but I still love RoboForm. I do like the synchronising between my various devices!
Cons
More unreliable - often fails to fill in forms when browsing with AOL. It is bossy - insists on opening in Firefox - keeps popping up little windows in odd places - wants to add toolbars - I had none of this with the old version.
Summary
Please keep it simple... and tell it that AOL is a legitimate browser.

Easy access to all my passwords and usernames on all my PC's and Smartphones. With sync all!

They have been talking about fixing the flash window log in for years and have not and the new username on one page and password on another has not been resolved either.
Summary
I got a discount on the first year, but it is at $19.99 a year now and isn't too bad, but wish they could bring that down a bit.

Pros
I was able to logon to all bank and other financial sites. Some with 3 entries on first page and others with requiring two different page entries. The Identities also works well. Have not used any other included items
