Rich Editor (RE) is a cross-browser WYSIWYG html editor. It works in MSIE5.0 for Windows and Netscape7.1/Mozilla1.4. It is 100% script, and no previous knowledge of HTML tags is required. Web Developers can use RE in CMSs or just instead TEXTAREA tags. Rich Editor is implemented as a PHP class. It generates common HTML or well formed XHTML 1.0.
