Repair My Backup will allow you to preview the contents of your damaged BKF files so you can be sure that you are able to recover your files. It works on any BKF file created with Microsoft Backup, NTBackup, and Veritas Backup Exec. Recover files even when you see error messages such as "Unrecognized Media", "The backup file is unusable".

Version: Repair My Backup 3.2.4.185
Pros: Company is reputable.
Cons: Overpriced. Does not repair all backup files. Does not appear to work as indicated.
Summary: If I had this much money for this one piece of software, I'd have enough simply to replace the missing pieces!
