From RentASoft :RentASoft Image Converter is an easy to use program which converts your image files into a different image format. To convert an image, simply right click on it and click ?Convert image to?? a step-by-step wizard will then be displayed which will allow you to set conversion properties (for example, JPEG to GIF), and for some image formats select the image quality.
For converting to an Icon format you can select the required icon sizes. The program supports conversion to the following formats: JPEG, GIF, Adobe PSD, TIFF, Bitmap (BMP), PNG, Icon, PCX, TGA, PXM, WBMP, PostScript (PS), and Adobe PDF.

Pros: Wow! What a great program! Simply right-click on an image and convert it to any common format (including PDF) from your context menu with a single click. Many thanks to the developer for this handy little gem!

Pros: - Simple, and easy to use.
Cons: Only four stars because It took some time for me to understand that it works as shell extension. Also, this is a demo version.

Pros: Almost too simple to be true, only a couple of steps, and your image is converted instantly to any format you want. Especially useful for converting bitmaps into jpgs as they take up much less space and no noticable quality is lost! Really useful!

Pros: This is a godsend. I use it primarily for one purpose and for that it's worth having -- converting other file formats, usually jpegs, to icons. It resides in the right click menu. Converts the file to a choice of icon sizes. Instant icon. Marvelous.
Cons: For what it's intended I have NO quibbles at all.
Summary: Save yourself some time if you frequently convert simple graphic file formats from one to another. Great little product!
