"Didn't work.....TERRIBLE customer service"
Pros: Great idea....if it works. Only used it once so I can't be absolute.
Cons: It didn't work! Also, it left my system in a worse state than what it was before hand
Summary: This could be a great product....However, the only time I used it it didn't work. OK...I don't expect perfection from every product/service out there and I although I was skeptical, I was willing to try in for my IT consulting business.

Pros: It was straight forward and easy to use.
Cons: My computer died AFTER using it and the Customer Service/Support people - did not help, period. It took 2 days to even get a response.

Pros: First make sure your hardware is running and your hard drive is not failing!!!
This product has saved me hours of time on reinstalling customer?s operating system or removing a virus. I have more to say but im at a limit...Cons: It may work depending on your issue. Its worth a shot..

"Unbelievable but true product, Love it."
Pros: I went back and checked everyone of the problems I was having with my computer, I found that all of them had been corrected with this program. Iit only takes one time to correct the problems not every two weeks or once a month like other products.
Cons: I have not found one yet, I will let you know when I do.
Summary: I does what it says it will do and with only ONE download well worth the price in my book. I can't tell you how much money I have wasted on other products that claim the same thing but don't deliver no many how many time you try them.
