Registration Vault store software information about software you own plus stores website logon information, and other user id and password information. Securely store all information in an encrypted database (registration keys, licenses, member area user IDs and passwords, company URLs, registration name, company, e-mail used for purchase, date purchased, order number). Attach any email or other files such as key files to the software record In Registration Vault. Drag and drop information to and from Registration Vault. Smart fill automatically fills in information about software already installed or publisher information from previous entries. Website URL and logon information (user ID and password)is easily stored for any website. Then store user ID's and password for other purposes such as ZIP files. Categorize all your software, website information, and passwords with definable categories. Print several reports on software, website, and passwords.

This impressive program organizes and stores online account log-in, software registration, and other password information. With several themes, Registration Vault makes it easy to choose a favorite look for the interface. We appreciated the program's easy flexibility to choose from two layouts, or create your own. Registration Vault's tabbed interface seems a bit cluttered at first, but after spending a little time navigating the tabs, File menu, and toolbar, it was easy to decipher. There are also tabs for Software Packages, Web Sites, and Passwords.

The numerous search filters and parameters make it easy to find entries by category, search terms or phrases, or purchase date. When you add software you may not want or need to enter every field, but Registration Vault still covers all the bases. It tracks not only obvious data like the title, company, order date, and registration key, but also the reregistration e-mail address, order number, and free upgrade period. There are even tabs to attach e-mail correspondence or registration files. There are few fields for Web site accounts, password information for archives, or other protected documents and files, but you can create and organize them into as many categories as you like.

For additional protection you can easily password protect Registration Vault. Everything about this easily customized and flexible program worked well. We highly recommend this program for any user who needs to manage software and password information.
