This utility allows the user to easily clean and repair Registry problems, but doesn't create a log of specific problems found. The interface looks great and is easy to use. RegiGuard thoroughly scans your system for errors caused by invalid Registry items. A sliding window displays the results of the scan, with an option to repair any or all of the elements. RegiGuard creates a backup of Registry changes, and you can easily select a specific log to restore. The Internet optimizer is splendid and increases Internet speed. You also can manage start-up programs, allowing you to easily disable or enable components. This program produced rapid results and system speed noticeably increased after repairing Registry errors. Although more advanced users will want a log of the errors RegiGuard found and fixed, users of any skill level will appreciate the look and performance of this application.Publisher's description

"Had problems with this program."
Pros: Found multiple items to correct on my pc quickly and efficiently.
Cons: It dropped my IE icon from my desktop. I couldn't restart my pc unless I manually pushed off button on cpu. Kept "hanging up" my pc and I lost my home page url. Had the program for 30 minutes and quirky problems seemed to be multiplying while using various pc functions.
Restored the backup file, uninstalled the program and everything returned to normal. Could use start button to reboot pc with no problem once program was gone.
I won't be using this program!

"Excellent Program - Easy to Use - Well Worth the Price !"
Pros: Having tested and compared more than 20 different programs to clean and optimize system and registry files during the last month. I have finally found one that does what I need it to do in an almost effortless manner. I would highly recommend this program for computer user's with a skill level of novice through intermediate. This program has a unique interface that is very easy to navigate and doesn't require the user to be proficient with computers. RegiGuard's installer is clean and quick. Prior to any corrections or deletions being made to your registry or system files it automatically makes a backup as a safety precaution. It performs the task of finding and cleaning errors in the registry and system files in a fast and efficent manner. RegiGuard found errors many other programs of this type that I have tested did not find. The internet optimzer did improve my throughput slightly. While it is not feature rich or all inclusive of the tools more advanced user's would probably prefer it is an excellent choice for most. I applaud the software developer "LogiGuard" for a straight forward and easy to use effective product.
Cons: The only negative I found is the lack of additional usefull tools.

"the list of problems is clipped"
Pros: seems to be reasonably fast. Creates the list of problems within minutes
Cons: the list of problems is clipped, so it is not easy to view.

"Unable to uninstall - Like others wrote, interface all clipped off & distorted"
Cons: Like others signed up just to leave this review. When run program, same as others, interface is all clipped off so you cannot see all the goods, unable to minimize or close it. Am very computer literate, this is really messed up. My computer running fine, fresh & clean. No problems w/other Reg cleaners or downloads. Looking for alternative Uninstall software now. NOT listed in my Windows XP Add/Remove Programs list!! Revo Installer does not even recognize it is in my system. BUT, it is listed in my Windows XP Programs list, and Desktop Shorcut remains. I reinstalled over it twice w/ same result. Hesitant to delete bits & pieces manually. Hours later, still searching for solution.
