From Marino Software :Reference forTeachers helps teachers write student references by allowing them to select from up to ten variants of up to ten sentences which are then merged to form a single reference which includes student, teacher and school names and correct correct personal pronouns. A teacher using Reference for Teachers writes a reference for a student in a minute or two and then edits the reference so that it exactly suits the student. The program includes a set of ten variants of seven sentences,allowing for 10 million different references. However teachers and schools can easily write their own sentences. When used by a school for all graduating students, Reference for Teachers moderates the references written by reducing the variations caused by different teacher preferences and writing styles.
