This feature-rich program lets you easily maintain detailed medical records for your family, but lacks some simple health-care-tracking options found elsewhere. RecordSmart's well-designed interface lets you input information such as insurance providers, lifestyle, office visits, medical history, allergies, and immunizations. Its comprehensive database records and summarizes everything from demographic information, surgeries, and medication to emergency contacts and health care providers. Unlike similar applications, it doesn't generate growth and weight charts, nor does it let you record blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar readings. Though we particularly liked the diary and the lexicon offering insight into some arcane medical terms, we found the photo gallery and calendar largely unnecessary. You can add as many people as you'd like to this 11MB, 30-day trial utility, and records can be password protected. RecordSmart is a great tool for keeping up with multiple health records.Publisher's description

Version: RecordSmart 4
Cons: There is not too much functionality in this software. If you're looking for a one stop health management solution for you family, try WebMD or securamed.com, which is what I use.

Version: RecordSmart 4
"Everything you could possibly need"
Summary: The only drawback is the lack of medical insurance tracking i.e. when you've met your deductible, etc...
other than that, I give it 4 1/2 stars - See all 2 user reviews Write review
