Version: Record-Anything 2.51
"Software is subpar, crashes during recording, highly unreliable."
Cons: This software, which I purchased, is very unreliable, and there is absolutely no customer support. You will receive no help whatsover if you email them with a problem concerning their software. It crashes during recording, and tells you it has to shut down, and doesn't tell you why. Also, the sound quality of the recordings is muddy and difficult to listen to. And when I emailed the company to complain about this, several times, they chose not to respond. How's that for customer support? Don't waste your money on this useless software. You'll give them your money, and if you need help with the product, you will be ignored. There are better and more reliable products our there.
