RealeWriter (?Really Writer?) is a cool new application developed by Hutchings Software for RealeStudios which lets you create picture story books, print them in several formats, save them as interactive websites, and share them with your family and friends.
RealeWriter works on Mac OS X, Mac OS Classic, Windows 98/ME, and Windows 2000/NT/XP. A free "RealeReader" is available. You can share the RealeBooks (".reb" files) you create with all of your friends!
RealeWriter comes with extensive help, including tutorial movies. If you would prefer a smaller download, use the alternate link, which does not contain the help files.
What's new in this version:
- Cut, copy, paste, select all now work on About panel.
- Storyboard panel has controls to support "short" (less than 24 page) electronic RealeBooks. RealeReader and WebbeSites now skip blank page pairs.
- Composer text editor performance greatly improved.
- WebbeSites use icons from RealeReader for navigation, much cleaner.
- WebbeSites can be saved in "half size" format.
