Read it to Me creates a playlist of MP3 files in iTunes from unread items in NetNewsWire, Mail, Safari, and a NotePad using Apple's Text-to-Speech that can then be synced to an iPod.

What's new in this version: This release adds support for syncing email (Mail.app), Web pages (Safari), and content from a NotePad field as well as RSS/Atom items from NetNewsWire. It is now released under the GPL.
