Version: Reach-a-Mail 3
Pros: I don't know why it was not mentioned but this program also support auto-cc and auto-bcc.
It loads only the headers of email as default and may download the body if user wants. I think this is preferable for a usb-email program.
Cons: fails to mention all its capabilities.

"Not intuitive, thunderbird is better"
Pros: Don't know how to use it
Cons: Setting it up does not allow the mail to collect mail, as far as I can tell.
