"Efficient project management and successful delivery."
Pros: - Supports other platforms, not only Java.
- Powered by the Eclipse open source platform so developers can adapt and extend their development environment.Cons: - Can't make it work with Delphi (anyone knows how to?).
Summary: The trial is fully functional and free (for 60 days). There's plenty of support in developerWorks site and many good articles around it. For example, this step by step HOWto guide shows a simple example of it's potential:
