Rapid Keyword finds and analyzes the keywords that will most likely help your business thrive in the pay-per-click online advertising industry, though its processes were far from rapid.
Simply type the keyword on the program's rather mundane interface or use the Find Keywords tab to search three pay-per-click engines: FindWhat (now Miva), Google, and Overture (now Yahoo! Search Marketing). The Find Keywords option took longer than we expected, yet we were quite impressed with the numerous search results. From there, you can get a count of the number of advertisements that use the keyword.
Though it does successfully return the number of search terms, again this process was slow going. The trial version is limited to a five-keyword output per use; all other search terms listed will contain one or two asterisks. Despite its leisurely pace, Web advertisers will find Rapid Keyword useful in giving their advertisements more leverage.

Pros: Easy and simple. Right price for this time saving software. No bugs and spyware.

Pros: I agree with 'easy to use.'
Cons: However, this tool has long outlived its prime. Many of the search result functions are as good if not better with the free online software that Google, Yahoo and MSN provide.
Also the days of downloading software are gone with the new SaaS model.
There are other online tools like iSpionage that are fast and easy to use WITH more timely and relevant results that I can actually verify when I actually look up the term on the Google search engine.

Pros: software is excellent, does a very good job, fast and easy to use
Cons: software support is non existant, I paid for 3 licences and happily used the software for about a year, we got 3 new pc's so I emailed to rapid decision for 3 new licences as they need resetting when moving to a new pc.
well so far about 10 emails, 10 support tickets, 10 phone calls have all gone unanswered, the phone line is always an answer phone, these guys are complete cowboys .. software is fine but just bear in mind it's a one off purchase, change pcs and you'll have to buy again.. that's if the software still works.. I wouldn't know as I've not been able to use it for months now.
