"Old-fashioned interface but a truly valuable and wonderful software!!"
Version: RPictureResize 3
Pros
Simplicity, user-friendliness may fools you but just see the wonderful results you get and with the ease of getting it. Don't let the old-fashioned interface fool you...it's a wonderful software! I love the software and it's for free!!!
Cons
The above-mentioned "old-fashioned interface" alone. Apart from this, all are advantages in its use.

"Works - barely"
Version: RPictureResize 2.5
Pros
Works on 1 directory at a time.
Cons
Won't batch convert multiple files if they have the same name. My digital camera download all the files as DSCxxxx. The program cannot handle this. It's also crashed a few times. No damage to the orginal files.
