Publisher's description
From Computer Associates :Stop all spam, phishing scams, and email fraud with Qurb 3.0 for Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. Qurb automatically moves spam messages into a quarantine folder for later review and prevents spam from interrupting your work. With Qurb, you won't need to manually update address lists, rules, or black lists or teach your computer how to filter spam. Your list of approved senders is automatically updated as you work with your e-mail. To provide effective protection against identity theft, Qurb authenticates the source of every inbound message and visibly stamps messages with the results of those tests. Qurb also provides an optional challenge/response system: when enabled, senders of quarantined messages are automatically sent an e-mail confirmation request; when they reply to the request their original mail is moved from your quarantine to your inbox automatically. Version: Qurb 3.0
Pros: It is a decent filter program. You can let it decide how you want to filter for each new e-mail if the e-mail contact has not been recognized.
Cons: I got a free trial of Qurb with CA but I want to remove it. Every time I try to remove it, I have it reinstalled whenever I open Outlook. I have contacted CA support to get it removed. I'm sure that I will be going back to McAfee as long as this continues.
It might be a good filter program, but if you cannot remove it, it can easily become an eyesore. If you have the chance, don't purchase it unless you don't plan to remove it for life!

Version: Qurb 3.0
Pros: Initially I just guess it is a meaningless program as it cannot be defined as a spam filter sw but only separated all those mail from unknow sender. I can do the similar by setting mail rule. However, there is a major different between this sw and setting mail rule. This sw will scan my e-mail record and mark them recongized, it save me a lot of time. I have used this 2 days and feel good. Generally I receive over 100 spam mail every day but now all separated.

"I have tried them all and this works best hands down!"
Pros: Very easy to setup and use. It works with both Outlook Express and Outlook with no problems at all. Any 1st time email goes to qurb folder until you accept it then it goes to folder of your choice!
Cons: None!
I have lost my key 3times and they emiled it back within seconds!
