From QLiner :Quotes allows you to manage your signature files, categorize and use quotes in your correspondences, and even display a changing quote on your screensaver. The program creates a system tray icon. Left-click and see a random quote drawn from a text file category. Right-click and copy the quote or your signature block with a quote to the clipboard or a document. Three sample quote files are included; you can supplement them with more categories or add/delete within the sample file. Version 4.0 adds support for multiple signature files and new screensaver transitions.
