QuickKnife Toolbar for Firefox offers various tools and links to Web sites, but it's a dull blade in a category of sharp selections.
The toolbar isn't anything out of the ordinary. You'll gain instant access to sites like QuickKnife and KnifePick for knife collectors and other outdoor products, Shopping.com, eBay, and more. Standard components such as pop-up blocking, browser and search history cleanup, and e-mail alerts for Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, and POP3 accounts all worked well. You'll find buttons to Google News, the publisher's site, RSS feeds, and a chat site for QuickKnife users.
We are able to remove buttons from the toolbar, but it doesn't offer extra features such as weather forecasts or button launchers for Microsoft and Windows applications like other toolbar apps. Overall, QuickKnife Toolbar for Firefox offers some standard toolbar options, works, and is free, but it certainly won't dazzle you.
