Quick Ringtone is an EASY TO USE Tool that can convert audio to mobile phone ringtone. Currently, in 0.95 version, it can only convert MIDI file to RTTTL, MOTO Composer, eMelody and iMelody code. Quick Ringtone will support converting ringtones between MIDI, iMelody, eMelody, MOTO Composer and RTTTL format in weeks.
