From Pablo Software Solutions:Quick 'n Easy FTP Server is a multi threaded FTP server for Windows 98/NT/XP that can be easily setup even by inexperienced users. New users can be easily created by an wizard who is guiding you step by step in the process. The server handles all basic FTP commands plus a lot of special FTP commands like MDTM, NLST, FEAT and many more.
Key features include a simple, intuitive and cool looking user interface, with several pages for managing the users, configuration and security, easy setup using the build-in FTP Server Setup Wizard, addition of new user accounts with the User Account Wizard, security features that allow/block specific IP addresses/ranges, support for virtual directories, and limits on download/upload speed per user.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The file is not there, only a little "readme.txt" telling me to go to some website. Probably a malicious one, too!

"Easy to install and fairly easy to use"
Pros: Install wizards and mature interface make it a good choice for even novice users. Full featured, considering that it's free. Note regarding the posts about the zip containing text file, etc... The software maker appears to have continued updates and now the links get you to the Pablo Software Solutions site. The free version is FTP Server 3.0 Lite.

"neat and great even lacking some advanced features"
Pros: There is also another tiny ftp server program named babyftp lies in its website. That is a small anonymous only ftp server.
Cons: the pro edition is not free
