Quero Toolbar is an alternative address bar for Internet Explorer aimed at speeding up the browsing experience. Quero provides direct access to a variety of popular search engines, adds find-as-you-type functionality to IE, and has a built-in Flash and pop-up blocker to suppress unwanted ads. Version 2.1 includes zoom pages (with images and text) and IDN phishing protection.

Version: Quero Toolbar 2.1

"Deals with flash ads, and phishing"

Pros: Deals with flash ads, pop-ups and phishing. Can use multiple search engines. All the good stuff, nothing you dont need.
