Publisher's description
From Pianosoft :Pulse Master slows down music without affecting pitch, so musicians can more easily understand words, transcribe songs, or transpose a musical key. Independent control of music speed and pitch is done in real time by playing music from a CD or a MP3, WAV, WMA, or Ogg Vorbis file. Pulse Master also can be used as a flexible dictation machine, a choreographer's or dancer's music-speed-adjusting tool, a music teacher's tool, a singer's tool for changing the key to match a vocal range, or a tool for understanding words in foreign languages.
Version 3 added audio CD-writing capability, enhanced audio quality, and sound card recorder with silence detection capability.

Version: Pulse Master 3
"THANK YOU GUYS OVER AT PIANOSOFT!"
Pros: The tweaks in speedin'the songs and slowin'them down,it's a very useful software that will allow musicians like myself to work out cover songs chords progressions.
Cons: This software can do with a single user licence instead havin'to go through codes over codes because in time of computer's crashes new numbers will set in and the older licence wouldn't work any longer.
I do believe Zoran is doin'his best to sort it out,the man makes time for some of us that found it hard to unlock the software once we bought it.

Version: Pulse Master 3
"It does work - but the result sounds bad"
Pros: It actually does change the key of the song.
Cons: Resulting file also has a stuttering sound. I purchased the product to lower the pitch of an accompaniment track for a performance. It worked no better than Audacity or other products. The resulting audio file was too poor in quality to consider using. Support is virtually nonexistent. They just told me to check the help file and later quoted the purchase agreement when I asked for my money back.

Version: Pulse Master 3
"If you need to reinstall it for any reason too bad!"
Pros: easy to use
Cons: If you reformate your hard drive or need to reinstall the purchased program for any reason you must get another key and so far they have not responded in any way to three requests for one. Don't buy this product unless you want to pay for it multiple times.
