  "Don't do it"

  Pros: there are a stack of choices.

  Cons: There are a number of faults.

  1. This isn't program, simply a pdf of a wbsite.

  2. Way to many choices. There are plenty of links, but no actual searchable database, or anything. Basically you already have to know what you're lookiing for and where to find it.

  3. The information is poor. Not only do not actually get any information, just a tease to pay for their services, but the information you do get is, in general, out dated, wrong, or misleading.

  "It's not really free!"

  Pros: None

  Cons: The download is free, but it connects you to a website that is not free. If you want to locate a person, try Zabasearch.com It really is free.
