From aSwIt Srl: Odbc, Print for DOS/Windows :Printfil 2.1 allows character-based applications--even DOS/Windows or Unix/Linux applications--to print on Windows printers. You can add background images stored in separate files, preview the print job, and print over a fax, network printer, or USB printer. You can also use any font you want, or simply let your customers print in landscape over an A4 printer instead of a 136-column dot-matrix printer. If you are developing host-based applications (like Unix), and your customers are using them with a Windows Terminal Emulator, stop fighting with transparent-print characters and different settings for different printers--all you need is a shared file system and Printfil.
