From UsefulSoft :Spending too much money on paper, printer servicing, ink and cartridges? Employees printing e-mails, articles and food recipes from the Internet? Eliminate unnecessary expenses by installing Print Censor and setting individual printing quotas. You can also gather statistics about each print job: user name, computer name, document name, date and time, number of pages, number of copies, volume in bytes, priority status, paper size, and color.
Version 4.1 added 'Select All' button on 'Report options' dialog; limiting print jobs for each printer and user by copies and priority; resume the paused print jobs automatically after selected time period; now you can use even the standard print queue manager to see paused print jobs and how much time there is left until there are resumed; some small improvements.
