This game collection includes a huge number of solitaire card games to suit any taste: popular or exotic variations, for beginners or experts, played on a large or small table. You can play the games one by one or as a quest, where in you try to get through nine levels with the highest score. To help you master the gameplay, Pretty Good Solitaire offers hints and undo functionality.
The cards are well designed, and you can download additional card sets. You can even create your own games. The interface design, the animations, and the sound are rather primitive, though. The browser for choosing games only lets you filter solitaire variations by one parameter. Most card players should enjoy the aptly named Pretty Good Solitaire.

And the price is right

Version: Pretty Good Solitaire 12
Pros: the selection of games. Freecell and Penguin are our favorites
Cons: in XP we were able to put icons on our screen so that we could go directly to the specific game we wanted to play. Have not found a way to do this with the new version in Vista. Muet go to a list of all games and select one.
Summary: the variety of games, and the diffeent levels of difdficulty. We use the software to relax and just play rleatively easy games.
